Parliamentary Champions for Accessibility Legislation

The Parliamentary Champions for Accessibility Legislation (PCAL) is a cross-party group of parliamentarians committed to ensuring Aotearoa New Zealand has fit-for-purpose accessibility legislation.

The PCAL Co-Chairs are Terisa Ngobi Labour MP and Penny Simmonds National MP.

Rebekah Graham, Parents of Vision Impaired NZ, and Amy Hogan, Cerebral Palsy Society of NZ, are the Access Matters Aotearoa Trust Co-Chairs.

PCAL is committed to working with Access Matters Aotearoa to achieve our common goal of putting accessibility legislation at the heart of a more inclusive Aotearoa New Zealand.
