'Social Inclusion & Leisure' Awards Nominations Now Open

Nominations are now open for the third 'area of life' category in the 2021 People’s Choice Accessible Business Awards, presented by the Access Alliance and sponsored by Cookie Time Charitable Trust.

The third category is 'Social Inclusion & Leisure'.

We are looking for Social Inclusion & Leisure providers who go the extra mile to enable access to sports and cultural activities, public events, festivals, theatre, art galleries, museums, recreation and hobby groups, clubs and community classes for people with access needs.

We want to showcase organisations who provide accessible information, accommodate individual needs and give everyone the opportunity to join in and have a go!

The People’s Choice Accessible Business Awards are a way for supporters like you to recognise businesses and organisations that go the extra mile to enable everyone to fully participate in society. These are Kiwi businesses that provide opportunities to learn, to get a job, to access goods, services, events and facilities, and to take part in community and social life.

Go to the Social Inclusion & Leisure nomination webpage to nominate the provider of your choice.

You must submit your Social Inclusion & Leisure provider nominations between 15 – 29 March 2021.

Every nomination received will go into the draw for a Cookie Time 'SnackBox': a delicious assortment of goodies!
