In 2018, after sustained pressure by accessibility advocates like you, the Government committed to designing an approach to achieve a fully accessible New Zealand, including how legislation could help achieve this.
It’s now time for the Government to make good its commitment. We’re calling for the introduction of Accessibility Legislation in 2021 and we need your voice.
Search for your local MP (or any MP), send them a message, and ask them if they support the introduction of an Accessibility Legislation this year!
